Generating a short starts at 1 credit per minute of source video (rounded up); the exact cost can vary depending on the settings, formats and AI models you choose, and is always shown before you start. Every hour of source video typically produces 5–10 ready shorts. How many of those you end up publishing is up to you — that is why we sell processing hours rather than a fixed number of clips, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Monthly plans add their credit allowance on every renewal. Yearly plans receive the entire year of credits up front. Credits do not expire, but spending them requires an active subscription — if your plan lapses, your remaining balance waits for you until you renew.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Yes, within the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are calculated pro rata against the credits you have already spent. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
