This Privacy Policy explains how ULADZISLAU ZHURAULIOU ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Shorties (the "Service"), collects, uses and protects your personal data. We are based in Poland and act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Content data: the videos and related materials you upload, and the shorts generated from them.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including credits used, projects created, device and browser information, and log data.
• Payment data: we do not store your full card details. Billing is handled by our payment provider (see Section 4), which provides us with limited transaction information such as plan, status and country.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate and improve the Service;
• To process your uploads and generate shorts;
• To manage your account, subscription and credits;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To send service-related communications;
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues;

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

4. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record.
• Stripe — alternative payment processing, where used.
• Google — authentication, if you sign in with Google.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers — to host the application and store and process your videos.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function (for example, to keep you signed in) and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded videos and generated shorts are retained according to your plan's storage period and then deleted. We may retain certain data longer where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
