Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on Shorties, operated by ULADZISLAU ZHURAULIOU. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and refunds are issued through the original payment method.

1. Digital Service

Shorties provides digital services (video processing using credits). Because processing consumes computing resources immediately, some purchases are non-refundable once the related service has been used, except as required by law or described below.

2. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
  • If you were charged due to a clear billing error, contact us and we will correct it.

3. Credit Top-Ups

  • One-time credit purchases are refundable only for the portion of credits that remain unused.
  • Credits that have already been consumed to generate shorts are non-refundable.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting to use the Service (for example, by generating a short) before the end of that period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already performed, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Service Failures

If the Service fails to deliver a result you paid for due to a fault on our side (for example, processing fails and your credits are consumed without a usable output), contact us and we will restore the affected credits or issue an appropriate refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email uladzislau.zhurauliou@gmail.com with your account email and the order or transaction details. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
